Meet Kaitlyn, Restaurant Manager
Born and raised on the west coast, Kaitlyn couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Working in restaurants from a young age, she has a huge passion for people development and hospitality.
What are you most excited for?
For our customers to meet the team— we have the BEST people who are warm, fun, and have a huge love for life.
What’s your favorite drink on the menu?
The Verdita Margarita. You have to try it for yourself.
Meet Victor Santa Rita, First Cook
Victor was born and raised in Brazil, and after moving to BC has found a love for the west coast. He loves the parallels of the ocean and summer weather.
What’s your favourite dish on the menu?
Rigatoni Pasta! I can’t wait for customers to enjoy the flavour and presentation of my favourite dish. It’ll blow your expectations out of the water.
Steve Binning, Regional Chef
Being a North Shore family-man, Steve enjoys spending time in the most epic playground in BC, soaking in the mountains.
What are you most excited for?
For customers to finally experience the laid back, fun vibes and delicious menu at Birdies. The cocktails and flavour-driven food will leave you in awe.
Marshall Fuller, Director of Operations
Growing up in West Vancouver, Marshall has been raised with a passion for food and hospitality.

We’re thrilled to be bringing an all new restaurant concept to Greater Vancouver this summer.
